ACCESS Community Health is Chicago area’s largest provider of community health care with 36 health centers throughout Chicagoland. ACCESS strives to improve the health and wellness of our local communities by providing primary care and preventive programs and services that are accessible to all, regardless of income. In order to increase online visibility of its comprehensive health care offerings, drive targeted website traffic and ultimately increase unique patient visits, ACCESS enlisted the help of Tell Your Story to develop, execute and manage a robust search engine marketing program that includes SEO, paid search and social advertising programs.
Tell Your Story works with our agency partner, Digital Analyst Team, to build and execute Google AdWords campaigns and SEO programs where we provide continuous support and recommendations to enhance website/blog content and increase organic search results.
Tell Your Story also implemented a social advertising strategy for ACCESS and manages ongoing paid social campaigns that help drive brand awareness, influencer engagement and traffic to the website among targeted key audiences.
Since the start of the organic search and SEM campaign, leads from organic traffic have increased by more than 249%, and are now over 500 conversions per month from organic traffic. In pay-per-click search engine marketing, we were able to grow conversions by 257% all while keeping the cost the same – resulting in more leads, and a dramatic decrease in the cost per lead. Even better, as the SEO and SEM program continues, we are seeing more conversions, and more efficient growth as time goes by.
Social advertising campaigns have resulted in more than 2,200 new followers, nearly 10,000 engagements, more than 6,600 website visits and nearly 2 million impressions.
