Founders George Rafeedie (TYS) and Matt Cornelison (FUNGI) first met in past lives at separate agencies serving a Fortune 500 building products manufacturer. They reconnected a few years later and decided to do some fun work together. They've worked continuously as partner agencies since 2019. And in 2023 they created a joint venture of sorts, TYS+FUNGI, to leverage each agency’s skill sets across the marketing communications spectrum.
