Building an engaged social presence from the ground up
Tell Your Story partnered with Enlivant, a national senior living provider with 200+ locations, to build its social presence from the ground up. After laying the strategic framework and content strategy, we began consistently developing and managing content across six channels, and launched the Enlivant blog.
In just 15 months, Enlivant had 43,289 followers, starting from zero and generated 18,000 website visits/month. Social channels generated 20 leads/month, each with a potential value of $75K per year.
Over the course of our seven-year partnership, TYS also implemented a pilot employee advocacy program that inspired 561 shared employee posts, reaching 142K people in the first year.
In addition to social media, Tell Your Story acted as Enlivant’s public relations agency of record. Activities included news release development, media list development and relationship building, expansion announcement key messaging and crisis communications surrounding COVID.
