Creating a differentiated brand for auto software
MAX Digital, a cloud-based software provider for the automotive industry, wanted to distinguish its brand as a thought leader. Tell Your Story recommended that MAX Digital commission its own research study and share the findings at the industry’s most well-attended event: The National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) Show.
TYS worked with MAX Digital and a third-party research group to develop a study reaching more than 400 dealer managers. The results surfaced shocking insights including, the fact that dealers believe customers trust them more than they actually do. Using these insights, TYS designed several forms of content to build buzz before, after and during the NADA Show. These included infographics, whitepaper, one-on-one trade media relations, landing page and social media posts. The research study was a big success and has continued to be an annual project for TYS and MAX Digital — as well as a platform for MAX Digital’s thought leadership.
